To create a new Auto-Text command:

From the DragonBar, select Tools>Command Center>Add New Auto-Text.
The New Auto-Text Command dialog box appears.

Specify a command name, optional description, and the command text.
For field descriptions, click Help.
- Click Save.

To create a new macro recorder command:
-
From the DragonBar, select Tools>Command Center>Add New Command.
The New Auto-Text Command dialog box or the MyCommands Editor dialog box appears.

If the New Auto-Text Command Dialog box appears, click the Advanced button.
The MyCommands Editor dialog box appears.
- From the Command Type drop-down list, select Macro Recorder.

Specify the following:
- Command name
- Optional description
- Group
- Availability
Fort field descriptions, click Help.

Click Record.
The MyCommands Editor minimizes, and the Recorder window appears.
- Perform the actions you want to include in the macro.

Click the Stop button ( ) when you're finished recording the macro.

If you made a mistake while recording, click the Record button ( ) to re-record the macro.
Dragon deletes all previously recorded actions.

Click the X to close the Recorder window.
The MyCommands Editor maximizes.

Optionally test your command by clicking Play.
The MyCommands Editor minimizes, and the Recorder window appears while your macro plays.

If you tested your command, click the X to close the Recorder window.
The MyCommands Editor maximizes.
- Optionally edit any incorrect mouse locations by selecting an action in the Actions field and clicking Edit or Delete.
- Click Save.

To create a new step-by-step command:

From the DragonBar, select Tools>Command Center>Add New Command.
The New Auto-Text Command dialog box or the MyCommands Editor dialog box appears.

If the New Auto-Text Command Dialog box appears, click the Advanced button.
The MyCommands Editor dialog box appears.
- From the Command Type drop-down list, select Step-by-Step.

Specify the following:
- Command name
- Optional description
- Group
- Availability
Fort field descriptions, click Help.

Select a step to perform from the New Step drop-down list.
Other dialog boxes open to allow you to specify more information. For field descriptions, click Help.
For descriptions of the actions in the New Step drop-down list, click the Help button in the MyCommands Editor.
- Click Insert.
- Repeat as necessary until all required steps are added.
- Click Save.

To create a new advanced scripting command:

From the DragonBar, select Tools>Command Center>Add New Command.
The New Auto-Text Command dialog box or the MyCommands Editor dialog box appears.

If the New Auto-Text Command Dialog box appears, click the Advanced button.
The MyCommands Editor dialog box appears.
- From the Command Type drop-down list, select Advanced Scripting.

Specify the following:
- Command name
- Optional description
- Group
- Availability
Fort field descriptions, click Help.

Add code in the Script field.
