Additional PowerMic Options
Use this window to customize additional buttons on your PowerMic III.
Option | Description |

Mouse Action |
If selected, the button performs the default actions shown. If deselected, you can select the action the button performs. For more information, see the Submenus, actions, and descriptions section in Options dialog box—PowerMic . Default value: All check boxes are selected by default. |
Default button actions
When you select the Mouse Action check box for a button, it behaves as described below. Note that you can't change a button's mouse action; you can only enable or disable it. In addition, you can't set different mouse actions for use in the Dictation Box.

Mouse Left or Touchpad press |

Same as if you clicked the left button on a mouse. Both buttons are enabled or disabled with this check box. |
Mouse Right |
|
Same as if you clicked the right button on a mouse. Typically, this produces a context menu. |
Trigger (underneath) |
|
Same as if you clicked the left button on a mouse. This is the button found on the back of the PowerMic. |
Other options
Enable Touchpad swipe |
If selected, you can use the PowerMic Track-Point button (PowerMic II) or the PowerMic Touchpad button (PowerMic III) to move your cursor. If deselected, disables the Touchpad swipe. Default value: Selected |
Restore defaults |
To reset all items to their default settings, click Restore defaults. If you are using a Dragon edition where Nuance Management Center/NMS mode is enabled, your settings are restored to the options configured by your NMC administrator in the NMC console. If you are using a Dragon edition where Nuance Management Center/NMS mode is disabled, your settings are restored to the default settings for the Dragon client. |
