Using voice shortcuts to send email and create calendar entries
You can use Voice Shortcuts to create and send email using your default installed email client. You can also use Voice Shortcuts to create Microsoft Outlook Calendar entries. Your email client does not need to be open to use these commands.
To use this functionality, you must have selected the Enable E-Mail and Calendar commands option on the Options dialog box—Commands tab.
You should run the Learn from sent emails utility before using these commands to ensure Dragon recognizes your email contact names. For more information, see Learn from sent e-mails.
