About the webinar
Clinical documentation integrity (CDI) is a vital process that ensures the accuracy and completeness of health records, which impacts the quality of care, reimbursement, and data analytics. For example, when Baptist Health South Florida implemented an AI‑powered CDI solution, they noticed a 13% increase in CMI.
However, CDI programs face many challenges with the increasing complexity and volume of documentation, the lack of standardization and interoperability, and the shortage of skilled CDI professionals. In this on‑demand webinar, we explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can address these challenges and enhance CDI programs.
View our panel conversation with Dr. Gabriel A. Colón, Director of CDI at Baptist Health South Florida, Dr. Katia Jimenez Reyes, Director of CDI at Baptist Health South Florida, Dr. Tony Oliva, CMO at Nuance, and Robin Friday, Director of Clinical Content at Nuance as they share their experiences and discuss how AI will transform CDI programs.
You will learn:
1
Current state and trends of CDI
2
Potential benefits and applications of AI for CDI, such as clinical validation, query generation, and workflow optimization
