The Nuance Enterprise Connections Partner Program provides industry-leading companies with programs and services that help you sell, distribute, deliver and support high-quality, speech-enabled applications based on Nuance Speech technology.

The Connections Partner Program offers a wide range of educational and marketing support programs designed to increase partner sales and showcase partner leadership in speech solutions. The fundamental benefits to all members of the partner program include open communication with Nuance, as well as access to marketing resources designed to help you extend your reach in the speech industry.

  • Communication
    Nuance is committed to providing relevant and interesting forms of communication to all of our partners. As a Nuance Enterprise Division partner, you can expect to receive regular product, industry and marketing updates delivered via e-newsletter, conference call or webcast. You will also have on-demand access to SpeechSource, our partner extranet containing product information, collateral, speech Return On Investment (ROI) tools, and other resources that help you sell speech effectively. Nuance offers its partners technical training courses in areas such as application development and tuning in order to transfer knowledge on the "art and science" of speech. We also provide training to our partners' sales and marketing professionals to help them better understand the speech market, be able to differentiate Nuance Speech Solutions and close business!

    Nuance wants to hear from our partners—we want to be aware of new applications or feature ideas and the trends that shape your business. Partner feedback is always welcome!.

  • Marketing Resources
    It is important to reach sales people, prospects, and customers using different media and messages. Nuance has developed many tools to help position, motivate and educate people on the benefits of speech. Designed to integrate into our partners' marketing programs, these tool aim to extend the reach of their messaging programs.

    Nuance marketing resources for the Partner Program include logo usage, public relations support, customized promotion on the Nuance website, demonstration materials, support for joint marketing programs and promotional content and presentations specialized for vertical markets, to name just a few. Partners demonstrating larger commitments to Nuance are awarded more customized tools and programs.

  • Program Participation
    The Nuance Enterprise Connections Program is available to companies who sign a Nuance Speech Reseller Agreement, assign a designated Nuance contact within their organization, and employ at least one Nuance Certified Technician.
