Individual users can interact with Nuance Technical Support through a pay per-incident email process. Incidents can be reported by completing the Problem Report Form at a cost of $9.95 per incident.
End users receive one phone incident at no charge for all version 9 products, and then can access telephone support for additional incidents for $19.95 per incident. Phone support is only available for registered users. Letter/Fax support is not available.
Issues not included in the online support will not be charged.
