Dictaphone provides several methods and levels of support in the U.S.A. and Canada depending upon your product. On-site repair is available for most products. Depot repair is available for desktop and portable machines as well as other select products using our Desktop/Portable Express Repair Service. Help Desk Telephone Support is available for systems.

On-site repair and Help Desk telephone support is available depending upon warranty and maintenance coverage. Use Dictaphone's iSupport knowledge base to find answers about products and support. If the answer is not there, you can contact Support and receive a response via e-mail within one business day.

Help Desk Telephone Support: 1-800-833-7776
Customers who have purchased an Assured Performance Plan (APP) or whose systems are under an initial Product Warranty, can call the Customer Support Help Desk, toll-free, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. eastern time.

For Customers with Enterprise Express or PowerScribe systems, this service is extended to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Charges for this extended service depend upon product warranty coverage, pre-purchased support (APP) coverage, and when you need to talk to the Help Desk Agent.

Depot Repair Service: 1-800-677-7928
The equipment is shipped via overnight express to our Repair Center, repaired, and then returned via overnight express within one week. You may request this service using the Repair Request form or by calling 1-800-677-7928. The charge for this service (for non-APP customers) must be paid in advance or accompany the equipment when shipped. The current repair rate will be quoted when you are contacted with a Service Order Number.
