This service usually consists of three assessment meetings that occur between Dictaphone specialists and the customer’s key team members prior to system installation:

Customer Specific Documentation
Statement of Work, technical discovery, interface specification, system design discovery
This service helps customers identify the optimal configuration of their solution—from workstation to enterprise-wide server. The service includes an in-depth technical and operational review. Specific attention is paid to current workflow and integration with existing systems.
