Overview

The Internal Dialer is a voice activated employee dialer (speech dialer) that allows employees, by simply dialing one number, to say the name of a co-worker or department and be transferred. Employees can also reach their colleague on their cell phone and off site locations. Nuance’s employee dialer, which supports employee directories up to 100,000, is a stand-alone solution that provides fast, easy employee-to-employee communications—anywhere, anytime—for increased employee productivity and reduced costs.
