The Partnership levels are based on the Partner’s commitments in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Education & Training. The Program is structured to benefit Partners that make the highest level of resource commitment. Several entitlements and requirements will be contractually agreed upon and tied to the channel discount structure as part of the Partner’s Value Added Reseller Agreement with Nuance.
