The Nuance Connections Partner Program is designed to accommodate Nuance’s ecosystem of partners including platform partners, systems integrators and service providers.
- Platform Partners
Nuance’s Platform Partners provide customers with the deployment platform necessary to run speech self-service solutions, as well as a variety of other contact center infrastructure components. Nuance’s speech technologies and solutions are integrated with the Partner’s platform, enabling the respective platform to provide call processing for voice self-service applications. Platform partners may also provide a range of application and integration services.
- Systems Integrators
Systems Integrators (SI) represent a cross-section of companies, both large and small, that play a vital role in the deployment of voice self-service solutions. SI typically specialize in back-end and database integration, project management, solution deployment and systems maintenance efforts, but depending on the systems integrator, they may also play a role in application development and other voice services.
- Service Providers
Service Providers offer organizations the ability to host applications on their own network, thereby removing the capital investment and expertise required to develop, deploy and maintain voice self-service applications. Service providers include companies from start-up application service providers (ASPs) to traditional integrated voice response hosting companies and telecommunications carriers.
